It’s Easy to Get Here

Set in the northern portion of the Central Valley in California, Lodi is accessible from several major airports. We are just a 45-minute drive from Sacramento International Airport and also within driving distance from San Francisco, San Jose, and Oakland. Traveling in…made easy peasy!

You’ll Find Many Romantic Wedding Venues

They say marital love is like fine wine. It gets better with time!

When properly tended to, love grows stronger and deeper, and that’s obviously what you’re looking to celebrate on your special day!

Whether you’re dreaming of a rustic wine country wedding or an elegant black-tie affair, Lodi offers dozens of venues to fit your party’s size, style, and theme. Looking for a vast estate? What about a more natural beauty with trees and vines? How about a dinner among the vines?

Lodi’s venues provide this and more! In fact, you could even visit Lodi with your fiance so that you can find the right place to say “I love you” at! After all, a little pre-wedding wine tasting trip never hurt anyone!

Lodi Boasts Amazing Food and Wine

Named the Wine Region of the Year in the World by Wine Enthusiast in 2015, Lodi is known as one of the wine Mecca’s in the world.

If it’s important to you and your guests to enjoy top-notch dining and wine experiences as part of your wedding weekend, then Lodi is a most excellent choice!

Book your rehearsal dinner at one of the remarkable restaurants in downtown and the surrounding area. And for all those friends and family coming in, they will find tons of great dining and wine tasting options while they’re here, making your wedding weekend the belle of the ball!

A Variety of Accommodations

With a bustling wine industry attracting tourists across the globe, of course, Lodi’s accommodations are up to par! The city has an array of hotels, motels, vacation rentals and bed and breakfasts to meet the needs of every kind of guest.

Whether you’re hosting friends and family looking for a place to stay within their budget, some searching for a luxurious experience or hoping to go in with another couple on a house rental, there truly is a hotel available for every taste, budget and need.

There’s A Charming Small Town Feel

You should focus on you, and your big day. One worry you don’t need is whether or not your guests are comfortable with their accommodations, or downtime in between wedding events.

Let’s put that worry to rest!

In Lodi, visitors will find a sense of community, warmth, and friendliness. We’re a “love thy neighbor” kind of town, that seems almost lost in today’s day and age. The people, the business owners, the wineries…we’re all very laid back, easy going and accommodating!

One of the reasons you’d pick Lodi to have a wedding is that we’re not the big city. We’re proud of who we are, and what makes us who we are is that love and respect that visitors and locals alike receive from everyone. Your guests will find our quaint downtown and surrounding area easy to navigate.

Because you should be worried about hair, makeup, dress, tux, vows, etc… as opposed to whether your guests are taken care of.

Leave that part to us and our community!

Lodi Has Amazing Weather

They say rain is good luck on your wedding day, but we know it’s not what everyone dreams of for their ONE big day!

Depending on the season you’re planning to get married in, rain might not even be a concern! Lodi sees most of the rain come during the winter months and stays fairly dry during the summer.  That’s not to say there’s not an occasional shower, but a summer wine country wedding will most likely stay dry!

But the climate in the spring and fall are beautiful too! Lodi’s mild, Mediterranean-style climate with an annual average high temperature of around 75 degrees, will keep you and your guests comfortable and happy!

Guests Will Enjoy So Many Fun Activities

While we are known for our world-famous vineyards and wine tasting, there are so many other things for wedding guests to do while in town.

For a fun day in the sun, guests can visit the sandy beaches of Lodi Lake or rent kayaks to paddle out on.

Traveling with kids? Head to Micke Grove Zoo or the World of Wonders Science Museum.

Passionate about beer? Sample some of Lodi’s own craft beers at IDOL Beer Works, Five Window Beer Company, Lodi Beer Co. and the Dancing Fox Winery & Brewery.

Looking for something else? Discover Lodi’s art scene, explore the San Joaquin County’s Historical Museum, stroll through downtown boutiques or bring your clubs and hit the links!

Scope out all of the other great activity ideas for your guests to enjoy while in between wedding events!
