Each house is named after its geographically aligned ”department” in Uruguay. You can choose from (SW) Soriano, (NW) Artigas, (NE) Rivera, and (SE) Maldonado.
Known as Soriano, this home is located on the southwest corner of the property. This beautiful new home is decorated in grey tones with contemporary furnishings and finishes. The Main Bedroom has a west-facing window and an En Suite Bathroom. The two other guest bedrooms have east and west-facing windows. A pull-down Murphy bed located in the common area of the front entry provides additional sleeping accommodation for two. The great room kitchen and family room is the perfect place for family and friends to gather and enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding vineyard. The kitchen is fully stocked with serving ware and utensil service for 8, including basic pantry staples listed in the amenities link. A private fenced yard and patio with a dining table for al fresco meals off of the great room. The two-car garage with EV chargers is available for your use, and there are also two additional parking spaces outside. The homes are powered by solar energy. The home has a full laundry room with supplies. All bed linens and towels are provided. Starter quantities of soaps and paper goods are provided for you and your guests.
