Menu: Learn to make Sofrito (the base of all Puerto Rican food) empanadas, Fricase de Pollo, tostones, (Twice fried plantains) and a dessert
Enjoy some quality time in the kitchen, learning how to create a typical Caribbean menu. This hands-on class will walk you through the steps for making a Chicken Fricassee.
What To Expect: Classes are 2 to 3 hours, unless otherwise noted above. You will work with other students in group 2. Hands-on classes are limited to 10 students. You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back. You will enjoy your lunch with a glass of complimentary local wine
