Menu: Learn to make a three-course French meal. A Sample menu may include French onion soup, White Fish wrapped in bacon with a balsamic and caper reduction, and crème Brulee.
We will use local seasonal ingredients, so the menu may change.
Class Description: Enjoy some quality time in the kitchen, learning to create a typical French menu. This hands-on class will walk you through the steps for making different French cuisine.
What To Expect: Classes are 2 to 3 hours, unless otherwise noted. You will work with other students in groups 2
Hands-on classes are limited to 8 students. You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the course.
Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
You will enjoy your lunch with a glass of complimentary local wine.
